The Sales Partner role involves utilising your industry contacts and referring businesses that may be eligible for the government research and development tax relief incentive.

 Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Commission-Only Sales Managers to join our team at Elegant Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities across various sectors within the EMEA region. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your industry expertise and consultative selling skills to position Elegant Systems as a trusted business partner and drive revenue and margin growth. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Business Development: 
  • Identify and prioritise target sectors and potential clients based on your industry expertise and market knowledge. 
  • Identify new sales leads, opportunities, and channels. Own whole sales cycle from prospecting through to completion 
  • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events. 
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities. 
  • Pitching services and/or products and engaging prospects in conversation via phone, video call, in person. 
  • Preparing sales presentations and pitches including conducting the presentations either in person or via Zoom. 
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities. 
  1. Relationship Management: 
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations. 
  • Establish Elegant Systems as a preferred business partner by demonstrating a deep understanding of client requirements and offering tailored solutions. 
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of client engagements. 
  1. Consultative Selling: 
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to uncover client pain points, articulate value propositions, and propose innovative solutions that address client needs. 
  • Conduct needs assessments, solution presentations, and product demonstrations to educate clients on Elegant Systems’ offerings. 
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in collaboration with the sales leadership team to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. 
  1. Revenue and Margin Growth: 
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue, margin, and new business acquisition goals. 
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and business expansion. 
  • Keep the Sales pipeline up to date and have accurate performance and opportunity reporting for the weekly sales meeting. 
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales leadership team to track progress and drive strategic decision-making. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on solution selling and complex sales cycles. 
  • Solid experience in IT Services solution sales, selling multi-year, multi-service, or complex service contracts that involve Infrastructure & Cloud Services, Application services and/or Business Consulting. 
  • Experience identifying, developing, and managing relationships at the senior executive and C Suite Levels. Need to demonstrate knowledge of both the business and personal factors that influence decisions at these levels. 
  • Demonstrate experience in utilising industry, technology, and client knowledge to successfully position the company to convey differentiating solutions to win business 
  • Proven experience of sourcing and converting leads into sales opportunities. 
  • A good understanding of IT products and services including cloud and cyber security 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a geographically dispersed team. 
  • Ability to create/generate own leads and follow them through to closure 
  • Ability to create appropriate presentations and meeting material before visiting clients 
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
