Flutter Developer Opportunity – Join Our Team! 

At Elegant Systems, we are seeking a talented Flutter Developer to join our team. As a valued member, you will play a crucial role in executing graphic and digital design projects, collaborating closely with our internal team of creatives, project managers, the Creative Director, and development team. Your expertise will blend user needs and business goals into seamless, effective design experiences. 

• Responsibilities: 

• Assist the Growth team in expanding our customer base within the legal industry and new markets. 

• Discover potential customer leads through various sources, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry directories, personal networks, and more. 

• Qualify prospective customer leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn messaging. 

• Track and analyze the prospective customer pipeline, providing progress and statistics to the Growth team. 

• Identify trends in prospective customer engagement using outreach campaigns. 

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of an efficient sales system, primarily within Hubspot Sales and Hubspot Marketing. 

• Create and update sales and marketing materials, such as pricing sheets and feature highlights. 

• Support special projects, including event sponsorships and industry partnerships. 

• Contribute to customer support initiatives. 

• Requirements: 

• Experience working with a professional plugin development team or having more than one plugin approved at flutter.dev or CodeCanyon. 

• Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart programming language. 

• In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming, namespaces, traits, and design patterns. 

• Intermediate to Advanced JavaScript skills. 

• Fluent English speaking and writing are preferred but not required. 

• Writing reusable, testable, secure, and efficient Flutter, Dart, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX code. 

• Excellent knowledge of Flutter’s custom widgets, custom animations, and state management. 

• Proficient in relational (SQL) and non-relational database platforms. 

• Optimize application performance using industry standards. 

• Create database schemas that support business processes. 

• Coordinate with the UI/UX Designer and QA to ensure seamless workflow. 

• Strong problem-solving capabilities. 

Qualifications: 

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Laravel development. 

• Proficiency in. 

• Proficiency in Flutter, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL Database. Knowledge of other DBs will be a bonus. 

• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming principles. 

• Experience with RESTful API development and integration. 

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React is a plus. 

• Familiarity with responsive and mobile design principles. 

• Familiarity with code release in different environments (Sandbox, Staging, Production etc.) using SVN/GitHub/Bitbucket trunking and branching 

• Ability to come up with multiple solutions to address challenges, depending on project or support requirements but without compromising quality. 

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive results.

 Additional Requirements: 

• A PC with at least an i5 processor and 8 GB RAM (if needed, we can/will provide a Virtual Desktop) 

• A reliable broadband internet access from a reputable ISP (unfortunately we don’t allow our employees to work on Mobile hotspots due to security concerns and performance issues). 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work on tight deadlines.
